Requirements

• Gross monthly salary at least 3x monthly rent.
• Favorable credit history or employer guarantee for new US tenants.
• Good references from all previous landlords.

• When you get go-ahead from us we will provide a link to an official tenant screening company that we enlist though our membership of the Rental Housing Association of Washington. Your fee to them will be $45. We do not charge any application fee, the only fee you pay is directly to them.
• We ask for two or more business references, e.g. hiring manager, former employer, previous landlord.
• We keep a copy of your driver license, phone number and emergency contact details on file.
• Sign contract, pay rent and deposit – you are now a tenant!
